  • Return & Exchange Policy (NJ-compliant, “first purchase only,” store credit only)

    One-time first-purchase exchange (store credit only)

    • On your first order with VSG, you may request one exchange (size or style) on eligible items in new, perfect condition, with original tags and packaging.

    • Start within 5 days of delivery/pick-up.

    • Authorization required: email sales@vsg-verystylishgirl.com for an RMA and return label. Exchanges without authorization aren’t accepted.

    • U.S. only: a $5 replacement-shipment label charge applies to ship the exchanged item back to you.

    After your first purchase

    • Subsequent orders are final sale except for damaged/incorrect items (see below).

    • We issue store credit only (no refunds). Store credit never expires and applies instantly at checkout.

    International orders

    • Exchanges are not available. Eligible items may be returned for store credit for the product price after inspection. Place a new order for another size/color.

    Fees, timing & credits

    • Original shipping is non-refundable.

    • If you use our prepaid return label for a customer-choice return, a $6.95 return processing/label fee (U.S.) is deducted from your store credit.

    • Allow up to 15 business days from our receipt for inspection and credit issuance.

    Not eligible / restocking

    • We cannot accept items that are worn (even “gently worn”), washed, damaged, altered, scented, soiled (makeup/deodorant), missing tags/packaging, or otherwise not as shipped.

    • A 15% restocking fee may apply if an item is returned not in salable condition (at VSG’s reasonable discretion).

    Damaged or incorrect items

    • Report within 24 hours of delivery with photos. Choose a replacement (if available) or store credit for the affected item(s). We cover return shipping when we made the mistake.

    • Measure bust, waist, hip, inseam (and neck/wrist/length where relevant) and consult our Size Guide. If you’re unsure, email sales@vsg-verystylishgirl.com—we’re happy to help.

    New Jersey disclosure (posting rule)

    • Refund/return policies must be conspicuously posted before purchase. Because ours is posted at checkout and on this page, the store-credit-only/first-purchase exchange policy applies as described. If a merchant fails to post a policy, NJ law allows a refund or credit within 20 days for unused goods.
